smooth stay
spacious room comfortable bed clean shower daily replacement
the room was spacious and clean, i found the beds really comfortable. the bathroom and shower were big and clean. shampoo, body wash, coffee, and milk were all provided and replaced daily.
the room had a ventilation system i couldn't turn off, it only had one loud setting.

our family room had plenty of storage with a table, desk, and entryway wardrobe with a fridge area. the bathroom size was good and i liked the vanity mirror lighting. the shower was roomy with good water pressure.

the location is convenient to get to from the city centre with a regular bus route stopping almost right outside. the bus makes accessing the airport easy. the windows are well soundproofed which was good with a reasonably busy road outside

staff are friendly and helpful. i had emailed the hotel for flowers, chocolate and prosecco to be put in the room for our arrival. it was presented beautifully for my family.

breakfast was perfect, it had plenty of choice and was plentiful. the hotel is close to the city centre and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. i also liked the dutch waffles.

high charge rude staff
The room was near public transport, acceptable.
The parking charge was ridiculously high. I wasn't told about it until I got there. Night staff were quite lazy. They were rude, too.

Excellent Stay Near the City Center

I found the hotel very clean with friendly and helpful staff! A lift made handling heavy luggage super easy. The location is great.. close to transport links for quick access to the city heart. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows.
The room door design needs improvement, as closing it, even carefully, caused a loud banging noise. some inconsiderate guests shouted in the corridor late at night, disturbing my sleep. A better soundproofing solution would be appreciated!

The staff at the front desk was very polite and always willing to assist with any requests. They provided postcards and stamps and even offered to mail them, very convenient for sending greetings home.
